How much did you lose on opti?

Hi - I start Opti on Thursday and am curious how much you have lost on Opti, knowing full well it is not the same for everyone.

i started my diet changes 3 months ago in prep for surgery and have lost just over 33lb.

i go for surgery July 10.

Since you are on opti I am assuming you are getting surgery in Onatrio. If this is true you might want to try the Onatrio forum. Lots of people there on opti
