Please put a photo up
I looked up a free photo resizing program then resized my picture to the specs OH wanted then bam it was good to go.
You can change the pixels of a photo on your computer. You can google how to do that, on my mac I just open the photo in Preview, click edit photo, and then tell it how many pixels I am looking for. It works also if you are trying to make a photo an 8x10 or other sizes when it is a different size. Hope this helps.
I have a hard time shrinking pics, too. for my avi. The shrinkpics site did not work for me. Maybe it is a computer issue. Who knows.
I ended up posting my avi pic to photobucket and then linking it there. That worked for me.

To update the ticker, click on "my OH" in the top right corner, then click on "health tracker." Then, enter your current weight and click on the "SAVE" button. Your ticker should update automatically, you might need to refresh the page to see it.

It's great to have a "before" and "after" (or "during") picture for your personal reference as you go, it can be a wonderful reminder of how hard you've worked.
That being said, there should be NO pressure or obligation for ANYONE to post those pictures here for you-- or anyone else-- to see or comment on. Just as we all repeat "my body, my decision" to those who have opinions on our choice to have WLS, the same mantra applies to sharing photos (or not).
If sharing pictures helped you, that's just peachy. But please remember that not everyone is like you, and any "sage advice" you may wish to share will not apply to everyone.
