Anyone had sleeve first then RNY

I was wondering if anyone has had the sleeve surgery and then had RNY.  I am having a hard time deceideing which one to do. I really dont want to do one then have to do another  surgery later.  Any thoughts on this?

Yes, some people have done this. However, if you go with the Sleeve and don't achieve your goals, the more logical revision would be to the Duodenal Switch, since the DS also has a Sleeved stomach. Before you make your final decision, you should research it as well. (The DS has the very BEST long-term, maintained weight-loss stats, period.)

I agree with MsBatt...the DS is the next step to the VSG NOT the RNY.
