Month Stall
I am so discouraged! I have lost 102lbs, but I have not lost anything for over a month. I don't know what to do...I am 9 months out. I started at 330 and I am 228 now, I am 5'7". I have gone from 3X to XL and 24 to 16, and I want to lose another 50, is it even possible???
I'm five months out and stopped losing. When I looked at my daily nutrition compared to when I was consistently losing I noticed that my carb intake was creeping up relative to my protein intake...70-100 per day.
The day I started watching my carb vs protein, I started losing again.
Check your nutrition and see if those pesky carbs could be holding you back too!

Solid advice! Log EVERYTHING you eat. Many people here use MyFitnessPal, which is free and has an enormous database of food with all nutrition info already loaded in. Keep track of what you eat for at least a week and see how you're doing on calories, protein, carbs, and water intake.
Make sure you're drinking enough water, and you may also need to increase your exercise as well.
If in doubt, you may want to call your doctor and check in, s/he may have suggestions for you as well.

At only 9 months out, you *should* still be able to lose fairly easily. Can you tell us how many grams of protein, fat, and carbs you take in each day? How much exercise you do?
