I had rny in 2011 I got down to 185 had a baby on 1/1/14 I'm up to 215 I'm stuck it seems like I can't get back down what should I do any suggestions I'm in a 14-15 but would love to be back in 10

Back to basics! Lots of dense protein, no drinking with meals, wait your appropriate times to drink, small meals, lots of veggies, no or low carbs and fruit.........
