freaking out over sudden weight gain!
I lost over 100lbs. after my surgery about 5 years ago. I have been about 125lbs since, and 2 weeks ago i had my gallbladder removed. since then i have gained 10lbs!!!!! :( How is this possible? so much weight in such a short amount of time.I am so scared. What can i do to lose these horrible 10lbs? I dont want to be 135lbs, even more, i am terrified that i will KEEP gaining weight like i had done before my surgery 5 years ago. How can i drop these pounds? Any thoughts on how to lose this weight? Please, any helpful ideas are much needed!
Most sincerely,
Angeldore100
This is the third post you've made about this. Chances are the 10 pounds is from fluids during surgery and swelling. Drink lots, stick to your diet requirements and get your protein and fluids in. You know how to lose weight, you've done it before.

Gwen Mo I believe this is the fourth post. Also they had some great feedback in one of them and said nothing back. So appartently they think if they keep posting they will get different answers. When honestly it will just be people ignoring it.
