I'mback, but, gaining weight all of a sudden after gallbladder removal surgery

Hi ei veryone! I need help! I have been a steady 121 for a good year, then about 6 months ago i went up to 128lb (which is fine), and stayed there since my gallbladder surgery 2 weeks ago. All of a sudden I am now 135lbs!!!!! UGH! I'm SO SCARED! Will it keep going up? The Dr. said that having the gallbladder removed has nothing to do with mysteriously gaining weight, so i know it has to be, although dont feel i've changed a thing at all! I'm terrified of gaining even more weight! PLEASE, any suggestions on how to get rid of these 7 unwanted lbs will be most sincerely greatful for!!!! Please, HELP!
