nsv so excited!
So I'm a second grade teacher. Usually on field day my class all wears the same color. They choose green. I had nothing green to wear and the kids were so disappointed. One of my students took it upon himself to go to the nurse and ask for a tshirt for me. The last time I wore a tshirt I was in a 3xxx. Needless to say I was horrified when he came back with a youth s, m, and l. Being a good sport I tried them on....a MEDIUM fit! I was so excited I wanted to cry!
Congrats on this HUGE HUGE NSV!!! I want to cry for you because I get it!!! Field Day is already stressful enough in the classroom lol and then when a student hands you a T-shirt you aren't sure if you can fit in, that would just add to it!
That child showed initiative by going to get that shirt for you, however he did more than that. He gave you a wonderful gift! He showed you how far you really have come! Enjoy the moment, you earned it.
