I am so frustrated over my extremely slow weight loss almost 3 ml after gastric sleeve surgery I have only lost 14 pads. I have been exercising my ads off and eating right. I am always hungry and can almost eat the same amount, although I am careful. What the hell is wrong here? I can see the difference in my body. I went from a size 20 to a size 15. I almost wonder if it wS a waste of money. Does anyone else out there have the same experience?
Wow a size 20 to a 15 is an amazing NSV! Everyone loses at a different rate so keep with your dr/nutritionist plan for you and the weight will come off. I had VSG and am only 5 weeks post op but I'm sure others will chime in who are further along. Good luck!
No one surgery is better than the other, what works for one may not work for another.
