Anyone scheduled July 16 through Lighter Me? I will be traveling from Louisana to have the VGS at Mi Hospital. Any suggestions on thing I should pack or should not? I would love some feed back on pass experiences.

I'm having mine with Dr. Alvarez in Mexico (Piedras Negras) on July 10th. Is Dr. Ortiz in Mexico too? Would love to keep up with your journey! Good luck, and I am looking forward to seeing what people say in response to your question.
