liquid diet pre-op
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has had to do the new direction shakes and how are they? I will have to do these 2 weeks prior and haven't heard anyone talk about them yet. I would also like to know if it comes in different flavors and how bad to they taste. Any information will be helpful. Thanks in advance.
I've never tried them. Why do you have to use that particular brand?

No this is in Mass. I went online and read some things about it and they say it's good. I guess I will find out. Any way I have to use a certain brand because it's the kind my doctors office use. It's $60.00 a week and I will have to do it for 2 weeks. I'm not sure why they use this brand maybe they have had better luck . I've only just started so far I have all my appointments except for the pre-op and surgery. And I am guessing the surgery will be done in Dec. of this year. I have to do a 6 month medically supervised diet that I start June 9th. My appointment to meet the surgeon is in Sept. so I will ask then. I'm just trying to get as much information as I can before hand.
