What a great ambassador for WLS! If a professional chef can lose weight with the help of surgery, that's pretty strong validation for how well it works IMO. I was glad to see this, especially after the latest "Look at how much weight all these people lost WITHOUT surgery!" issue of People magazine, grrr.
