Dr. Alejandro Aguirre Wallace

I had my surgery done in 2003 and sadly am now in need of a revision.  Does anyone have Dr. Aguirre's contact information.  He did my original surgery and I had absolutely no complications so would love him to do the revision but can't find his info anywhere.  Any help would be appreciated.
