I'm not from BC, but  I actually had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kelly he's a great surgeon, and really really nice person, his wife Cece and his son Richy are awesome too, I do not have anything negative to say, I speak for myself, my surgery was in Nova Hospital, Faby help me through all the process, you can contact me if you need more details I will be happy to answer all your questions.
