Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

That is an absolutely amazing journey you've been on! What an incredible life change you've made...I can't even imagine how it must feel to lose so much weight. Flabbergasted AND impressed!

You have done such a wonderful job of taking and keeping off that weight! I hope your new life is everything you ever wanted in life!!
