Started thinking of how proud I am of myself for maintaining my weight loss.  So I've been crying Happy Tears..

Still Amazing myself Everyday. 7+ years..I fail at a lot of things But not Maintaining my 110 lbs weight loss. I'm a Winner in my book.. My Goal was to lose 120 lbs pre op, I did not get there ,but still proud of myself for maintaining what I have lost. .. I entered this weight loss journey wanting to get back into my old clothes just before becoming a mother. I have done that, and got past it. This whole journey has changed me in more ways than 1.  ..Lots of mixed feelings, still amazing myself, not bragging just checking in and letting some pre ops know it can be done.I believe I will be a winner for the rest of my life. PeaceV Wendy

The important thing is to learn to use the surgery to sustain the initial weight loss.  You have done that and have a right to be proud.
