I Apoligize for being rude to them regainers because a lack of exercise,

I was the rude one thinking (before I got injured 2 days ago) Why are you guys regaining why can't you do some sort of exercise, even lifting weights if your body is sore for whatever reason.Well Wed. night I rode horse for 2 hours and ended up falling off after the horse was acting wild. there were 50 other horses and mine always acts up when around so many other horses.I am very sore all over. I wanted to go walking yesterday and want to walk today, BUT. I am just too sore all over. I will eat very light until I limber up..Whats crazy is I was doing physical rehab just 2 days after open heart surgery and I was exercising just 8 hours after Gastric Bypass surgery (my body was not sore after those surgeries) I didn't think I was injured that bad until the next morning after riding horse.

Have a great weekend everyone,, Spring is in the air.:)...PeaceV Wendy

I no longer keep exercising through pain.  If I am sore now, I use Tylenol, ice, rest, compression and elevation until the pain goes away.  It might be because I am older, I like to think it is because I am smarter.

I know it is hard but you are probably better off moving around a little. I find when I am in pain moving keeps me limber. The more I sit the less I can move.
