Hello, First good luck with your surgery, I'm new to this so new that I will be calling to make my very first appointment tomorrow. I'm trying to learn as much as I can I read your post and was wondering you said your glad you cut back before hitting the diet , do you mean you cut back on eating? Just curious. I'm getting lots of good ideas and information from this site. Any way good luck again.

it does vary by surgeon - mine had some do a pre-op diet, I was a light-weight and for me it was optional. I did one week low-carb.

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

I am thinking it is the liver thing. All my labs are normal... and I have NO other co-morbidities except my weight. I am happy with the 24 hours.!!!!
