Thanks for the reply. I hope that's the case about keeping the weight off. I know how bad yo-yoing can be and it'**** me hard. I can really feel it physically again and BP and all that have started acting up so I have to make a change and take the next step.

Hi there! Welcome back!  I also had some starts and stops on my WLS journey.  I started the process in my hometown and did so good on the supervised diet.  I did almost 5 months of it then things changed in my life and I let it fall by the wayside.  I went from 320 to 285 but then in about a year and a half, I gained back up to over 360!!  With the stress of life and moving to a new town, I really packed on the weight.  So anyway, I started the process again and had my surgery (VSG) last January.  Best decision I ever made.  It was tough admitting how much I gained and starting all over again but it was definitely worth it!  Keep going and keep focused on your goal and you'll be postop in no time! ;-)

KittyKarin :-) Starting weight: 362 / Surgery weight: 353 / Current weight: 190 (03/27/2017)

Thank you. I can definitely relate to your story. I did well on the supervised diet and assumed I could just keep it up and unfortunately that's not what happened. Now that I've tried and failed again it's really opened my eyes that this is something I do actually need. I won't lie though and say I'm not scared.
