What are symptoms you had before being tested for H. pylori?

I had no symptoms and it was picked up in a pre-op scope. Most people have with no problems. It is treated for weight loss surgery patients because it can cause ulcers.

Is it known to cause bad breath sometimes? Sometimes I have a gross taste in my mouth that I feel like is coming deep in my chest or something? Or the very bottom of the back of my throat?? Could it be I need probiotics?

The medication made me feel like crap. Gave me a metallic taste in my mouth and a yeast infection.

Definitely can cause bad breath. It is easily tested for and easily treated with antibiotics.
