Has anyone had WLS in Spain??

I know it's a long shot but we're stationed in Spain and my doctor said they don't do it on base and that I'd have to get WLS locally if I qualify and that they might not be the same as in the states. So my question is, have any of you had WLS in Spain or know someone who has? I tried to find information online but it's hard to find the information I need. I'm kind of worried that it wouldn't be as good as if I were to get it done in the States.
