Here's how to place the blame

“You want to achieve healthy goals but others are holding you back. Here's how to place the blame.”

Your kids, your spouse, your family, your co-workers, your boss - all of them can put demands and expectations on you. If you REALLY want to eat better, find time to workout, and reach goals that are important to you, you need to point the finger at yourself. You are the only one who can make anything change. If you truly want to do anything in life, you need to address the things that are holding you back and find a way around them. Tell those "obstacles" what you need and ask them to help you find a way to reschedule, delegate, and make time. If you don't work it out, in the end they really aren't obstacles but excuses.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

so true!  Not easy and for some people simply impossible! But so very easy to shift blame.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
