You may discover that if you modify a few other habits you may get results you didn't even plan for. For example, if you replace a couple of hours of TV watching with more constructive things like reading, scrapbooking, volunteering, joining clubs that interest you, or just spending more time with family and friends, will make you feel more fulfilled, accomplished, and alive than you can imagine.
