Jess, you're going to be just fine!
Everyone gets the jitters before surgery, but once you get to the hospital, things will move quickly. Then when you wake up, you will be on the road to a brand new you. You can start making all those dreams of yours for a better life come true. It may not always be smooth sailing, but the satisfaction and empowerment you feel once you begin taking control of your weight and your life is nothing short of amazing!!!
Take very good care of yourself in the weeks ahead and let us know how you are doing! Good luck!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
