New Launch of ObesityHelp

We've launched the new redesign of ObesityHelp.  You can now access OH on your desktop and any mobile device.  The new redesign brought about a new photo system and improved navigation.  It also allows the entire ObesityHelp site to be mobile.

As you cruise OH, if you find any issues (bugs), please let us know at [email protected].  We'll pass them along to our IT Team.

First bug...the print on the menu is too close to the background color ESP on my iPhone...can't read it.

Just so you can see what I see:

Second bug...the Unmoderated forum isn't listed except in a post which will disappear.

Third...the rollout looks like y'all have the same IT team as the ACA website.

We've reported your first bug to our IT Team. 

Your second bug has already been forwarded to our IT Team.  We made a post with a link to the Unmoderated forum.  It is live but the link needs to be added to the drop down menu.

For your third comment, we've also submitted it to IT.

Nope, top issue is still an issue...forwarded another screenshot to the help email adress.

I see that you didn't bother fixing your search feature. I made a suggestion long ago that it would be nice to:

a: be able to search only within a certain forum, and;

b: be able to sort search results by date. 

Any chance that this will ever happen?

Half of the time when I try to respond I get an error.  Definitely some bugs to work out.  Also, there has GOT to be an easier way to find forums than what the "new changes" offer.  I wish OH would consider the bookmarks again, it made navigating the forums you wanted to much easier.

Are you trying to respond to posts or PMs?  Please let us know more information as to what you're trying to reply to and what the error says.  If possible, could you take a screen shot of what you see so we can attach it to the report to our IT Team.  You can send the screen shots to us at [email protected].

I have a private group, and none of us are able to respond to posts.....keep getting a "Page Not Found," error message.
