Protein Powders? GNC any good?
I love their "Lean 25" flavors of the months. My current evening "snack" is their Apple Cinnamon flavor. I "warm" it up and its like a warm apple pie shake. YUM!!!!

Do not buy a lot of protein prior to WLS. You tastes will change alot after surgery.
I do however like the GNC (I get the smaller bags) so that I don't have so much of one flavor that I get burned out on.
They have a guaranty also, so save your receipt and it you don't like it I believe that you can take it back.
I personally like Atkins, Muscle Milk, GNC - Choc and Chocolate Carmel flavors), Premier Protein (Sam's carries this)
Unjury is good too and they have a Chicken Soup protein that is fairly decent too and I believe that their choc(s) and vanillas blend very well and are "smooth". (freeze them and eat them like ice cream - hint hint) for a variety.

I like Isopure plain myself. I mix with coffee in am. But you can add it to ANYTHING and you dont even taste it.
