I make sure right next to all the candy I have my snacks like sliced apples with LF peanut butter, home made granola and or NF Greek yogurt.  Happy Halloween

I buy the candy I hate! I know, I know it's hard to find candy I don't like but there are a few and that is what I buy

No kids come to our house, so I don't have to bring candy into the house.  And I don't let myself look at the bags of candy in the stores, because I'd be rationalizing how only one small piece surely can't hurt me!!!

We don't hand out candy (no kids come trick-or-treating since our neighborhood has no streetlights), but the office is full of snacks today. We're doing a chili cook-off, so I'll sample a taste of everybody's (they set out dixie cups so you can try a spoonful of everything) but skip the cornbread and desserts, and then plan on a long walk tonight!
