I am getting very ticked off!

Go there in person and ask for your file so you can take it to a surgeon's office that values your business.  That should get their attention.  If you're getting any procedure other than the DS, there are plenty of competing surgeons to choose from.

I hear ya... In fact I could have written this same post. My RN submitted my paperwork to the insurance lady last Tuesday. My insurance still has not received it. UUGGHH!

ME TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!  I'm tempted to go up there and ask them if they need help mailing it in. ;)

Well I guess since I am studying RN I know what field I need to go to because they need some help
