Hey everyone.. I haven't been on since May ♥
Hi everyone ...
I haven't been on since May :/ Life has been crazy .. I started College May 15th, I am going for my Medical Assistant Degree and so life has been crazy. I also have my "special needs" son who is sometimes a hand full.... But I am here right now because this semester is finished and I'm chilling ♥ I actually took fall semester off because my son is getting out of the hospital on Monday and we are going to have in home services in here for him and so life is about to get even more crazy and so I felt it was best to take a break and get him situated.
So my weight has come off EXTREMELY SLOW! I am down 56 pounds. Others can see it way more than I can! I still see fat .. I have some undesirable skin left over in some places. (Mainly my arms) they keep waving for 5 minutes after I STOP waving ... "Bat wings" Now that I am off from school until Jan. 8th, I am now available to get back into a work out routine ... Unfortunately, I was not able to exercise while losing the weight due to the fact that I went back to work on March 1st and threw my back out again on March 19th so I was on light duty for months and came off in July but then I was tied up in school... So I am really just discouraged. I feel like I'm falling backwards, it's just so crazy how life has to be so darn busy and nothing works as you planned it ... Kind of annoying :/ Anyway, I'm getting back on track with work outs AND my diet .... I hope all of you are doing great on your journeys ...

Hi there,
I don't know if you have a Curves near you but it's a great place to get back into exercise. They will work with you and monitor you as you improve muscle strength. Then when you are ready, they will help you get a full cardio/strength training workout. I have seen many wonderful wow moments from women who came in physically challenged and improve in a matter of weeks. Might check it out if you can.
I do have a Curves in my neighborhood. I also have a gym that I get discounted through my work but I am doing my workouts at home. I have a ton of work out videos that work, when I do them ♥ I find it too much time between the getting ready to go and going and doing it and then the time to get home etc etc. I just do it at home. I work full time, am in College full time and have an autistic son. No real time to go out and work out. I can and will be able to do it right here ♥ The thing is "getting going" once I start, there is no stopping me ♥ Thank you for your suggestion, I DO appreciate it ♥

I have a huge library of work out videos. I recently bought the "X-Factor: The body you want in 8 weeks" Now that I took a semester from school off (13 weeks) I guess I can really focus on this getting the body I want thing ... ♥ I'm excited ~!!! And I am doing it at home where I can workout when and how I want to .... "Moving" is where it's at!
