I'm just starting. I'm getting my baseline blood work tomorrow, followed by the cardiologist, psychologist, pulmonologist, GI doc, and yet another psychologist!  I should be done with all the clearances before Halloween. My surgeon estimates that my surgery date will be sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
