I got a new haircut yesterday and wanted to take a pic of it. Then I decided to compare it to my before picture. Granted, I always lose weight in my face first whenever I lose weight. But I'm still tripping about what a difference 25 pounds make!

I am about 7 weeks out and down 26 pounds. Congrats on your success so far. Re you eating normally? I had an endoscopy as my stomach needed dilation. First business trip and I have really struggled. I feel sick most of the time.
I dont know if it not taking small enough bites, too big of a bite, I am just not feeling good.
How are you getting nutrition?

I'm eating several small meals plus at least one protein drink per day. I have been feeling pretty good - except I'm a little constipated which causes a little pain in the tummy (TMI? LOL).

I'm averaging about 70-90 grams of protein per day. I know I need to work on getting more.

I usually find what works for me and then stick to eating the same thing almost every day. (I don't get bored with food easily.) Have you been able to tolerate certain foods or does everything make you feel sick?

I think the trip has screwed me up,  not only not eating new foods but NOT eating my stand by foods: yogurts, soups, shakes. I can find soups on the menu but I thought i could have fish or chicken. Well I can't.  I go home tomorrow and will get back on track. Thanks for the input keep up the good work.

Wow! You look great! This gives me hope. I'm just starting out and it's really hard for me to visualize looking smaller than i am right now. But then i see pix like yours and I think, 'Yeah, I can do this."
