BACK ON TRACK UPDATE,

OK, I have been away from a Computer,  So here is an update,

I started week 4 this past Wednesday, Down 12lbs, Still feel great,

This week I have had 2 protein drinks a day, and 1 small meal, of veggies and tofu, and a snack of Greek yogurt.

about 900-1000 cals a day.

I am still working out, Last night I did 2hours of Hula Hopping, what a great work out for those that have not tried it.

I am still saying no to foods, that I know that I will lose control over.

I have 15 lbs still to go. .

Congrats to you!  Wow, you will get to your goal in no time.  Good for you for taking charge and getting back on track.

Not trying to be a wise ass her, but did you mean hula hooping, or did you mean to write hula "hopping"..... I'm only asking  because for all I know, hula hopping could mean when you kinda do a jump-rope type exercise only with a hoop instead

Awesome! Keep it going and please keep posting. Folks need to have the understanding and hope that we can continue to lose if we choose to do so. I dont care what the averages say!
