BACK ON TRACK DAY 13
I have to let you all know how I am doing, and how good I was this weekend.
1st on Saturday I did a 5k, took home 2nd in my age group, it was fun,
After the run, I hung out with friends, and Family, I was able to enjoy them without food. I stayed true to my plan,
Sunday, I got up and did 8 mile run/walk, then off to a Bridle shower,
I enjoyed the day with Friends and Family and again stayed true to my plan.
I feel great about the weekend, and the Best part is I am down 10lbs,
