DAY 7 BACK ON TRACK

Well today is day 7, I got on the scale and I am down 4lbs, and I feel GREAT.

I am going to stay the plan, and do another week of Protein drinks, more than food,

Basics is the best for me now so my plan for the next 7days will be as follows (just about the same that I did this 1st week)

AM         Protein drink (1 scoop whey 23g, with 8z almond milk and 1 cup barriers) 235 cal

Lunch     Protein drink (same as above) 235CAL

Dinner   Protein drink 130 cal  / mix steam veg 100cal

 

pm         Greek Yogurt      80 cal
