I struggle with night time eating as well. My nutritionist suggested I move my morning snack (which I'm never hungry for) to the evening.  So I eat B, L, Afternoon Snack, Dinner, Evening snack.  It seemed to help.

I also moved my work out time to after dinner.  That way I'm out of the house and by the time I put an hour or so in, I can last until bed. I also go to bed earlier (10) so that there's less time to think about it!

Plan a nice dinner for yourself....sometimes when I'm home alone it just seems too much trouble to really eat anything decent for dinner....but it seems to set me up for mucho snacking later on. Broil or grill some dense protein so you're nice and full.

The other thing I've noticed that seems to set it off is not having got all my water in by dinner....if I'm short it seems to setup a snacking episode even if I catch up after dinner.
