I had my surgery 11-10-2006,  I lost a total of 136lbs, and I have done very well to keep it off, until the last year.

I now live alone, and tend to eat at night, and I am up 27lbs,  I have worked to hard to get the weight off and do not want to be over 200lbs ever again in my life.

How do we get back on track? I want to take off the 25lbs

any and all help will be great.

Jayme

Hi Jayme-I am about 2 1/2 years out. I have lost a total of 150 pounds. HOWEVER, it is def not easy. In terms of getting back on track just my suggestion:  BASICS-Log your food to see your caloric intake; Drink @ least 64 oz water daily; Exercise-Not necessarily going to the gym or running a marathon, find something you like to do that gets you moving and the heart rate up!! Good Luck..You can Dot It!!

Best,

WOW...def can c that exercise is not an issue...as far as the eating, can be challenging...protein first and again use a log to food journal, I am still doing it and it helps me see in plain view how much I am taking in daily...best of luck

today I had my coffee with non fat milk, and a protein drink, for breakfast,

for lunch another protein drink,

I don't know why I stopped the protein drinks, I do like them.

I will also check in here each day to keep me on the right track
