need help getting back on track
I had my surgery 11-10-2006, I lost a total of 136lbs, and I have done very well to keep it off, until the last year.
I now live alone, and tend to eat at night, and I am up 27lbs, I have worked to hard to get the weight off and do not want to be over 200lbs ever again in my life.
How do we get back on track? I want to take off the 25lbs
any and all help will be great.
Jayme
Hi Jayme-I am about 2 1/2 years out. I have lost a total of 150 pounds. HOWEVER, it is def not easy. In terms of getting back on track just my suggestion: BASICS-Log your food to see your caloric intake; Drink @ least 64 oz water daily; Exercise-Not necessarily going to the gym or running a marathon, find something you like to do that gets you moving and the heart rate up!! Good Luck..You can Dot It!!
Best,
Bill
