OK folks I am proof that our tool keeps working for us IF we work our tool! Since I posted June 19th, I am down 11 pounds just by following the plan I knew I needed to follow. I watch my portion size, and I exercise, I also make sure to eat my protein first, and I also drink LOTS of water which I was not doing before. So those of you struggling like I am with weight gain, there is hope if you work your tool!!
