How to deal with now

You had a weekend with the girls and totally blew your diet. Now you're feeling like a failure and wonder why you should even try again. Get over it! We all blow it sometimes. Say, -Wow, that was a good time- and move on. Life isn't all diets and exercise. If you are -being good- the majority of the time and moving toward your health and fitness goals, a little bump in the road isn't going to stop that.

Yep. Personally I'm very glad I no longer have to diet so strictly that I'm a pain in the butt demanding guest . I went to luncheon the other day where the main menu item was regular ( homemade ) taco chips and delicious homemade guacamole .. and trust me I ate PLENTY .
Sometime this summer I'm even hoping someone gives me some greasy delicious barbequed ribs lol. though I won't go to the trouble of making them myself lol.
The only thing I wont eat much of are sweets because I dump. I think its actually great to be able to try some less than ideal foods in a guest situation , enjoy them and then go back to healthy home cooked lowfat and fresh food ...
