back on the tracks.......
Since I posted my weight gain confession, I have been getting things back on track, so here it is, I have kept my calories under my goal and I have burned many calories. On Monday I did Zumba Fitness for an hour...thought I was going to die, but I did it, on Tuesday and Today I spent an hour doing cardio at the gym doing the treadmill, elliptical, and bike. I also did some strength work on Tuesday. So far so good, moving slowly down the track but the good news is I am on the right track!!!!
