I am new to this site. I am 11yrs post-op RNY with successful loss, I went from 287 to 165 and maintained the loss until 2013. I had an accident and resulted in 6 herniated discs and back surgery, along with pain meds that helped cause my gsin in the last year or so. I am now up to 217lbs and struggling to get it off. Please help!
