Get off that teeter totter

“You are suppose to work out today, but you're teetering. Here's how not to totter.”

How would you feel if you didn't brush your teeth today? And, hmmm, forget about doing anything with your hair. Oh, you don't need to change your clothes either because you did that yesterday. How do you think you'd feel? Cruddy. Gross. You probably wouldn't feel at your full potential would you? The same is true for exercise. When you workout it makes you feel good, improves your life, and gives you a boost of energy and endorphins. So, do your workout, brush your teeth, your hair, and put on some fresh undies and life will be good. The other option is not pretty

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Thank you for posting this.  I have just started go ride my bike and walk again after a long while but your right exercise makes you feel 100% better.  This is a great motivation for me and will try and have it as a go by thank you again.

Now if I could only find motivation for one of the odd people out doesn't increase energy for or doesn't make feel better. I've always been jealous of those who get those benefits.

Well, maybe you haven't found that motivation that you like or the motivation you enjoy.  If I did something I totally didn't like as my motivation then I probably would feel the same way.

Or, maybe, it is something physical. I believe there is a motivation out there for everyone.  Just have to find it.

I like and I do participate with yoga, when I'm healthy enough. Dealing with pain lately so it's been a no go but it's something I'll go back to because I enjoy it. I just wish I got the "high" that my hubby and others who work out I know say they get. I've just never got it and I've worked out different ways a good part of my life. I think it would make it easier to get the motivation if I got that.
