Back again for another go.
After not going through with the surgery in 2006 I again attempted in 2009 lost my job and benefits. Here I am once again but
this time it's different I have reached my goal weight and my surgery is scheduled for April 16th. I'm nervous and excited. Stay tuned for the rest of this story. Anybody in the San Jose area hit me up.

I made a couple attempts myself. I am now less than 24 hours away. I don't what your cir****tances were, but I chickened out a couple times before this one. The fact that I still have a few hours before surgery worries me. I am constantly asking myself if I am making the right decision. Not which surgery, but surgery itself. This is a lifetime commitment. It's like marriage. Until death do me part!!
Just do yourself a favor and don't read about everyone's problems on this board. Try to read the more positive posts or if you go into a problem post then look at the people *****spond. Try to find the posters that are giving good honest advice and not enabling the poster or coddling them. When you find someone being real go to their personal information and see if they had a blog. Read through their journey and see what they faced and how they did it. That's what I've been doing. I am trying to stay clear of the negativity if I can and if I post I try to keep it real.
There is also a mens forum. It doesn't get much activity, unfortunately. Guys don't like to talk all that much I guess.
