15 Months out, Progress Pics and Update
Not to goal yet. I have been sitting at the same weight since January which tells me it is time to work harder on my fitness. I recently bought a Nike FuelBand and find it very motivating and it keeps me moving. I'm taking a short 8 day course of Prednisone for a clogged ear this week so I hope I don't retain too much extra water from that. Otherwise things are good, and I am learning to manage my RH. I a little bit think that's why my weightloss is stalled actually, since I eat some peanut butter at night before bed. I added it in instead of working it into my usual calorie goal. I need to work on that. Anyway here are some comparison pics, enjoy :)
