WOW I guess I need to start shopping around for protein mix's ... I was never lactose intolerant & the funny thing is I can eat cheese's, yogurt, sugar free fat free hot chocolate with milk and never get a stomach ache ... But when I drink ANY of the shakes I've listed my stomach gets sour and I get diareah grrrr I take Prilosec every day ...

We have wasted soo much money on protein and broths it's soo not even funny .. There's an "organic" line of broths out, they're thicker then normal beef, chicken, vegie .. They are like squash, sweet potato, pea, so on .. I found those to be nasty ! My husband bought me 3 and they were all wasted ! They come in the box with the pop top, so not in a can ..

I DEFINITELY don't want any more issues going on for lack of protein geez ... I did this to get healthy not to get sicker ... Thank you so much for your knoweldge and I will be checking on some of these things ... I HOPE they have sample pack because this stuff is NOT CHEAP !!

I am lactose intolerant since my surgery yet I can eat cheese, yogurt, use half & half in my coffee...

My first year I had to take a lactaid pill every day. About 9-12 months out, I was able to stop the lactaid pill. But I still can not drink milk. (and I LOVE milk).

Stay calm buddy,Try to trace that what is not going appropriate in your diet or exercise plan,You had surgery it can be some kind of thing in the body which is not letting you lose the weight.

Try to find that out and make a good one avoid fats completely because you already gone through a surgery.
