Usually the box will have a recommended serving size on the back that says x number of pieces = x ounces so you can guess from that.

From what I can tell, 1 piece is either 4 ounces or 1 ounces depending on what you bought at the store, so you either ate 2 ounces or 8 ounces of chicken.

One way you can check out how many ounces the chicken is by checking the nutrition label on the back of the product that you had bought or you can weigh your food on a food scale that weighs in ounces/grams. I use a food scale all the time to weigh my food.

The two pieces of chicken tenderloins will very in weight by size and brand. That's with all food.

Highest Weight: 565 pounds (around 1999), Highest BMI: 94

Pre-op Weight: 476.40 pounds (2 weeks before {05/25/2010} VSG surgery), Pre-op BMI: 79.3

Lowest Weight: 153.5 pounds (as of 07/10/2013), Lowest BMI: 25.5

Current Weight: 350.75546 pounds (351 lb 0 oz./159.1 kilograms (as of 04/22/2019), Current BMI: 58.3

The standard "rule of thumb" about meats is that 3-4 ounces is about the size of the palm of your hand or a  deck of playing cards (see below). You can also print out a pocket-size version of it from this site:

a food scale will run you no more than $40. i use mine all the time. otherwise, like the other poster said, check out the box. it may be listed in grams, but you can convert to ounces.
