I love sharing my before/after pics. I'm 4.33 years out from RNY. On the left, I was 30 years old. On the right, I'm 46.

LAURA-you're one of the most gorgeous peeps I know! I have a question..if you say you are 46...how is it you look TWENTY-SIX ?????

LINDA..there is big, honkin' tutorial, on the website, but it's way over my head..when the pics are already in my OH profile, all I do is right click, then cut/paste into my post..it works for NON-techno me !

Here's me- 264 (after losing from 280) and Halloween (in costume) around 138-141? I need to take some regular after pics.. I realize the last regular pics I had were when I hit goal at 155. Kept on going to get rid of a bit more bodyfat.. I'm at about my comfy range now- 135-140. Very happy that I got the VSG, and going with Dr. Aceves especially. Came out with no issues, and a very nice snug sleeve. What I put in it was up to me, but it was nice to be given just what I expected and no more or less! (great restriction, great care.)
