Latte's: Yes or No Way?

Muscle Milk Light makes a flavor called Cafe Latte. It does have caffeine in it, but I love them.

Stats = 100 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, 3 net carbs, 1 fiber, 15 protein. 

I purchase mine at Wal-Mart.

Atkins makes a latte one, too, that is pretty good.

Enormous home made skinny latte for me every morning.  Some days I get carried away and have another mid morning. But I am not sleeved so it may be different!
