If you haven't already, try turkey bacon. It's delicious. Also, a new bacon I recently tried this summer - actually I've never even heard of it before - and that's chicken bacon. I'm only able to find chicken bacon at this Amish market. Wegmans doesn't even carry it. Chicken bacon is thinner and a little drier than turkey bacon and regular pork bacon (I don't eat pork) so I make this glaze (rice vinegar/brown sugar/salt/pepper) and bake it. Talk abt YUM-MEE!!!

Bacon isn't bacon if it isn't from a pig. The rest taste horrid to me. And yes, I've tried turkey bacon...I'll stick to the REAL STUFF!
