When i see before and after pic's in O H i can't help but think (even tho they still look gorgeous in their before pic's) that how much better they must feel after weight loss. Because that's what loosing weight has done for me.I see fat people just as beautiful as before their weight loss. so tell me how are you feeling after all the weight loss? I like hearing how much more energy and how much more they are doing in life. I am riding horses after my weight loss and haven't done that in over 40 years.. I am lovin' my new level of energy i have.heck i remember after loosing just 10 lbs how much more energy i had.. I am doing so much more these days. you look beautiful, before and after..
