Yes. I was a size 6 before I had plastic surgery. And I am a size 6 after plastic surgery. I am one of the few who had absolutely no change in size post-plastics. Still worth it.

I wear a 0 or 2. See my signature. Much smaller than I could have imagined. I had been obese all my life. Guess goes to show you never know.

I wear a size 6 or 8 and I've had no plastics. I started at a tight size 28. (Oops. I didn't see the RNY part- I had a DS)

I have - but it's not to say that I'm about to sport a bikini any time soon. I do have loose skin, but it's easily concealed with shaper undergarments if I want to wear form-fitting clothing and show off my waist.
